ACCEPTANCE
By using FuelTrack (the website, Telegram bot, or WhatsApp bot), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
THE SERVICE
FuelTrack is a free, crowd-sourced fuel price tracking tool for South Africa. Users submit fuel prices they observe at stations, and this data is displayed on a public map for the benefit of all users.
ACCURACY
Fuel prices are submitted by users and are not independently verified. While we take steps to filter obvious errors, FuelTrack does not guarantee the accuracy of any price displayed. Always confirm the price at the pump before filling up.
YOUR SUBMISSIONS
By submitting a fuel price, you grant FuelTrack a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that price on the map and in aggregate statistics. Your submission is anonymous to other users.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not submit intentionally false prices, attempt to manipulate the data, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to remove submissions that appear fraudulent.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. We collect minimal data and never sell it. See our Privacy Policy and How We Use Your Data pages for full details.
AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep FuelTrack available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
DELETION
Contact privacy@fueltrack.xyz to request deletion of your personal data. We will process your request within 30 days.
CHANGES
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
