Privacy Policy
OUR COMMITMENT
FuelTrack is built on a simple principle: your data belongs to you. We collect the minimum information necessary to operate the service and we never sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
WHAT WE COLLECT
When you submit a fuel price, we collect the fuel type, price, and your approximate location (used solely to identify the nearest station). If you choose to provide a phone number, it is used only to link your submissions across sessions for your personal tracking. We also collect basic usage analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the service.
WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT
We do not collect your name, email address, home address, payment information, or any biometric data. We do not use cookies for advertising. We do not build user profiles for sale to advertisers.
HOW DATA IS STORED
All data is stored on encrypted servers hosted by Supabase (backed by AWS). Database connections use TLS encryption. We do not store precise GPS coordinates — location data is resolved to the nearest fuel station and then discarded.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use Telegram and WhatsApp as optional communication channels. When you interact with our bots, those platforms' own privacy policies apply to the messages you send through them. We only process the fuel data you provide — not your chat history or contacts.
DATA RETENTION
Price reports are retained indefinitely as they form part of the public dataset. Personal identifiers (phone numbers, channel identities) can be deleted at any time upon request.
YOUR RIGHTS
You may request a copy of all data associated with your identity, or request complete deletion. Contact privacy@fueltrack.xyz and we will process your request within 30 days.
